At this time we have two different types of gift cards: Digital Gift Cards and Physical Gift Cards.  Digital gift cards can only be used online on our website and our physical gift card can only be used in our three brick and mortar store locations.  We are sorry for any confusion that this may cause, but the systems are independent of each other at this time.

All items that fall into our “returnable” item category may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment. Returns after 30 days will not be allowed.  All merchandise must be in new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition with tags intact.  Sunglasses, women’s swimwear, surfboards, skateboards, bodyboards, gift cards and sale merchandise are not returnable therefore will not be granted a return or exchange of any kind.
