Shipping policy

 

We will ship out all orders in 1-2 business days, except in the case of out of stock items. We ship using USPS and UPS. We are not able to ship to a P.O. Box using UPS. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped

Standard Shipping - arrives in 5-7 business days. $7.95. Free for orders over $75

Express Shipping - arrives in 2-3 business days. $12.95

Rush Shipping - arrives in 1-2 business days. $24.95. Orders must be received by 2pm EST.

International Shipping - Unfortunately we don’t offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@fellspointsurf.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Local delivery

We are excited to offer delivery from our Baltimore, Bethany Beach and Dewey Beach locations.

Baltimore

We offer delivery within 10 miles of our Fells Point store for orders $10 and up. There is a $10 delivery fee for orders under $75. Delivery is free within this radius for orders over $75.

Bethany Beach

We offer delivery within 5 miles of our Bethany Beach store for orders $10 and up. There is a $10 delivery free for orders under $75. Delivery is free within this radius for orders over $75.

Dewey Beach

We offer delivery within 5 miles of our Dewey Beach store for orders $10 and up. There is a $10 delivery free for orders under $75. Delivery is free within this radius for orders over $75.

Make sure we have your phone number and email address to coordinate delivery.

In-store pickup 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Baltimore, Bethany Beach and Dewey Beach where in-store pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
